1. Eligibility for Returns

- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- The return request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Vehicles, once registered in the buyer’s name.
- Items purchased on clearance or sale.
- Custom-made or modified products, including personalized accessories.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order details, including the order number, item(s) being returned, and the reason for the return.
- Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
Shipping Costs:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

8. Cancellations

- Vehicle purchases may be canceled before final payment and transfer of ownership.
